All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and the strict handling requirements necessary to maintain research-grade integrity, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives with a broken or damaged vial, contact us at helixresearch@protonmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
• Your order number
• Clear photo(s) of the damaged product and packaging
Once verified, we will issue store credit for the affected item(s). Refunds are not available for damaged products.
HPLC / Purity Discrepancies
If you believe a product does not meet its listed purity specification, contact us at helixresearch@protonmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting documentation. Verified claims will be issued store credit.
Lost Shipments
All orders include the option to purchase Route Shipping Protection at checkout. If you selected Route protection and your package is lost in transit, file your claim directly through Route.
If you declined Route Shipping Protection at checkout, Helix Research is not responsible for packages lost in transit. By declining shipping protection, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any shipping-related loss.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
