We work to process orders quickly and keep you informed from checkout to delivery. Holidays, carrier delays, and order volume can affect timing, but every shipment includes tracking once it leaves our facility.

1 Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days depending on order volume. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days within the continental United States. Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided by email.

2 Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order is processed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Orders returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address information may be subject to a restocking fee.

3 Lost or stolen packages

All orders include the option to purchase Route Shipping Protection at checkout. If you selected Route protection and your package is lost or stolen, file your claim directly through Route.

If shipping protection was declined, Helix Research is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

4 Out-of-stock items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will hold the order until all items are available before shipping. You will be notified by email if this affects your order.

  • Processing starts once inventory is available.
  • Tracking is sent after fulfillment.
