1. SHIPPING

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST Monday–Friday ship same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days within the continental United States. All orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided via email.

2. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order is processed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Orders returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address information are subject to a restocking fee.

3. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

All orders include the option to purchase Route Shipping Protection at checkout. If you selected Route protection and your package is lost or stolen, file your claim directly through Route.

If you declined shipping protection, Helix Research is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please report to your local authorities.

4. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will hold the order until all items are available before shipping. You will be notified by email.
