Laboratory Use Only

All products sold by Helix Research are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. Our products are:

  • NOT approved by the FDA for human consumption
  • NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • NOT to be used for in vivo experimentation or any non-laboratory application
  • NOT to be resold for human or animal consumption

By purchasing from Helix Research, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have the proper knowledge, equipment, and facilities to safely handle research materials, and that all products will be used in accordance with applicable safety protocols and regulations.

Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be intended for non-research purposes.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged product claims and purity discrepancy claims.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and purity data are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content are error-free. All Certificates of Analysis (COAs) reflect testing performed on the specific batch indicated.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Helix Research LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helix Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You assume all risk associated with the purchase, handling, storage, and use of our products. Helix Research is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper handling, storage, or use of any product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helix Research LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Review Invitations & Communications

By placing an order on the Site, you consent to receive follow-up email communications from Helix Research or our authorized review platform (CusRev) inviting you to submit a review of the products you purchased. These review invitation emails are typically sent within a few days after your order has been fulfilled.

Review invitation emails are transactional in nature and relate directly to your purchase. You may opt out of receiving review invitations by:

  • Clicking the unsubscribe link included in any review invitation email
  • Contacting us at support@helixresearch.io to request removal from review communications

If you choose to submit a review, you agree that your review (including any name, rating, and comments you provide) may be published on the Site and shared with third-party review platforms. As a thank-you for submitting a review, you may receive a discount coupon for use on future orders, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the coupon.

We value honest feedback. Reviews should reflect your genuine experience. Helix Research reserves the right to moderate reviews that contain offensive content, spam, or information unrelated to the product or purchasing experience.
